I want to do a leadership project, but I really have no idea where to begin or what to do! How do I choose my project?
This is totally dependant on you and your own interests and skills.
While I know this can seem so broad that it might not be initially helpful, there are steps to help break it down.
Try this: brainstorm all of your skills, expertise, and interests in a box. Now in a separate box, write down all the project types you can do, this might be concerts, fairs, businesses, clubs, dinners, etc. Are there any lines you can draw between the ideas in each of these two boxes?
Once you’ve found some connections this is a great place to start. Now you can start breaking down which of these are actually possible to do. Choose the top three ideas and brainstorm the strengths and weaknesses of each.
Now you should have a pretty good idea of your options and which is the strongest. Choose the best option, set up a plan and go!
