hello, I’m applying this year and I can’t make the October one however it seems like the only other option is December? Is that too late?
It’s not too late - in fact, I could only sit my subject tests in December and SAT Reasoning in January and they accepted the results (though I don’t advise this).

how come there isn’t a Jan one anymore? The next one after December is March so is that too late?
If that is the case, I am not sure. Presumably it is because too few people signed up each year. Yes March would definitely be too late.
