My counselor is unsure of how many years of grades to include in the transcript. Common App says 3 or 4. 3 sounds logical since I have done NCEA for 3 years but I have heard some suggest 4?

4 years is encouraged, but 3 years is acceptable. Also note that “transcript” is internal grades rather than external grades.

If you don’t submit an optional report with your final A-level results and
they are not in your internal transcript, and the university doesn’t ask
for them, then the universities will not see them.
