Who are the top 5 universities in the world for medicine degrees and what sets them apart?

Hi Crimson, who are the top 5 universities in the world for medicine and what sets them apart? Is it funding? Hands-on experience? Lecturers? Thanks!

Consistently, the top 5 Universities for Medicine in the world are:

  1. Harvard University

  2. University of Oxford

  3. University of Cambridge

  4. Stanford University

  5. Johns Hopkins University

Honestly, when you are dealing with Universities of this caliber, it’s very hard to set them apart. All of the “Top 5” would be an incredible option, if you’re lucky enough to get in. I’ve compiled a few insights on each, along with some statistics.

I’m only going to focus on the US, because I don’t know as much on the UK System. The main difference is the ability to begin studying Medicine straight out of High School as opposed to where in the US it’s a postgraduate program.

As opposed to this being opinionated, I’m going to merely be factual.
