I just received a package in the mail from Penn. There was a personalised letter saying how I am “an accomplished student” and then outlining the benefits of Penn. Alongside this was a brochure “Information for Applicants from Abroad”. I was wondering if this is something special or just a promo??
This is most likely promotion, and they most likely got your email from CollegeBoard.
