Should I write the SAT again?

I wrote the SAT on October 6th, my first attempt.
I scored a 1540:
740 RW: R-3 W-1
800 Maths: M-0

I am applying to Harvard, Princeton and Yale.
Do I need to write the SAT again ?

If you already have 4-6 subject tests then yes, if not use the sitting to sit more subject tests
