Can I apply to early action II to another university if I have already applied for restrictive early action at Harvard?
You may apply to Early Action II or Early Decision II at another school only after you have received your result from Harvard. Their restricted Early Action doesn’t allow you to apply anywhere else EA/ED until you have heard from them in December.
