Have schools like UPenn, Brown, Columbia etc… ever accepted New Zealand students who need financial aid? (non-need blind Ivy League schools)
Yes. Not need blind just means financial aid will be taken into consideration so it will be more difficult. It’s not the sole deciding factor.
