Is December ACT too late? and where can i go with 25

I’m planning on sitting my ACT next week. is this too late? and what would be the best college to apply to with a 25/24 ACT?

December ACT is definitely not too late for RD round - most schools accept January testing sessions.

If you have a 24 or 25 ACT you should be looking at universities in the top 100 on USNEWS (http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/best-colleges/rankings/national-universities). If you are recruited for sports then you can look at the top 50.
