I’d like to take accounting in year 11 and eventually sit the scholarship exam for it when I’m older but I do not have enough subject slots to select it and I don’t think I’d be willing to give up my other subjects to take accounting. Since I can’t take accounting with my school, I’d like to self study the ncea accounting curriculum.
If anyone is knowledgeable on this topic, how difficult is self studying accounting? Is it manageable on my own or would I need a tutor?
