I understand it is hard to do this as an undergrad. What strategies can you use?

It’s not super tricky to get an internship at Pfizer as an undergrad depending on what fields you’re interested in, but since the application essentially only allows you to submit a resume, I’d recommend being very specific in your resume about the skills and experiences you have. For example, I would include all lab techniques, assays, machines, and procedures you are familiar with, as well as all programming languages you know and what you’ve used them for. If these keywords in your resume match any of the intern projects available within Pfizer, a recruiter will contact you.
