Does any things from primary/intermediate/early years of high school count?

Say I have some maths awards, nothing exceptional but high distinction in ICAS, winning mathex, prize winners on some maths comps, auckland maths compeititons etc up until year 10/11. Do these count towards anything at all?

Things from Primary and Intermediate school don’t provide a massive impact (none at all in fact) towards your applications. I’d say it’d only be worthwhile if you were to have a large accolade such as National Spelling Bee Champion, Represented New Zealand for x Sport etc etc.

So as an individual accolade, they might not have much weighting. However, if you continued on with the same activity throughout high school, it reinforces your depth. I pursued x extracurricular from Year 3 - Year 13 (10 years).
