Can you switch from NCEA to Cambridge?

Hi,

I am currently a year 11 and I don’t really like the NCEA system as I thought I would because I find it is too basic for me & want something more challenging. My school offers CIE, luckily, but I am unsure whether or not I will be able to change from NCEA to CIE next year, if I haven’t done IGCSE this year.

Hey Zainab! You can start at AS Level directly without doing IGCSE. This will just require some hard work to bridge the gaps in curriculum as NCEA Level 1 is a bit easier than IGCSE
