Switching from Engineering to a BCom Commerce (economics)

Why switch?

I switched as I didn’t enjoy it anymore. 4 years is a long time to be committed to something you don’t like doing, I’ve seen heaps of kids studying eng, plenty of whom who don’t enjoy it or can’t see them selves as engineers. An eng degree is highly respected which is why most stick it out, but generally speaking if your generally hard working then you’ll get a good job anyway! I feel Uni would be a whole lot better if students would enroll in degrees that they really enjoyed ! (A shit load easier said than done though)
